Facility Engineer [12 Hrs Shift | West] Rrkc

Job Highlights 12-Hours Rotating Shift from 7AM/PM - 7PM/AM Up to $5,000/month + AWS + PB Key Responsibilities Ensure a smooth operation of facility systems and utilities to support manufacturing and office operations. Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Investigate equipment breakdowns and identify root causes using problem-solving tools (e.g. 5 Why, Fault Tree Analysis). Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. Coordinate maintenance schedules, manpower, and contractor activities. Support facility construction, renovation, and improvement projects. Assist in budget planning, cost control, and equipment replacement planning. Drive energy-saving and continuous improvement initiatives. Support Smart Factory and Digital Transformation projects. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project presentations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, audits, licenses, and statutory requirements. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Good understanding of facilities maintenance, utilities, or manufacturing environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
