Job Summary Established Electronics Manufacturing Company Recognized as Singapore's Best Employers in Year 2026, 2025, 2024, etc. Monday - Friday, 830AM - 530PM Up to $4,300/month + AWS + Performance Bonus North Area Job Responsibilities: Analyse production processes, workflows, layouts, and resource utilization to identify improvement opportunities. Conduct time studies, productivity analysis, and cost analysis to improve manufacturing efficiency. Support cost reduction and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives. Work with cross-functional teams to collect data and recommend process improvements. Utilize IT tools and simulation models to improve workflows and automate processes where possible. Assist in factory layout planning and optimization projects. Support the planning and coordination of Kaizen and other operational improvement activities. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good numerical ability. Good communication and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of data analysis or simulation tools is an advantage. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
