Job Highlights: Stable Career Progression Opportunity with Well-Known Electronics Manufacturer MNC Monday - Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM @ North Up to $6K + AWS + Bonuses Role Summary: We are looking for a Business Process & Digital Transformation Executive to drive business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyse existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement digital solutions that improve efficiency and business performance. Job Responsibilities: Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline operations. Gather business requirements through workshops, discussions, and stakeholder engagement. Design and document improved business processes, functional requirements, and process workflows. Translate business needs into clear system and functional requirements for IT implementation. Support the design, testing, and deployment of digital solutions, including workflow automation and system enhancements. Work closely with internal IT teams, business users, vendors, and offshore development teams to deliver transformation projects. Identify opportunities to leverage automation, data analytics, and AI to enhance business processes. Support proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and evaluate the effectiveness of digital solutions. Prepare process documentation, user guides, and training materials. Provide user training, change management support, and post-implementation assistance. Monitor system performance and recommend continuous process improvements. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, or related roles. Good understanding of business process mapping and process improvement methodologies (e.g. BPMN, Swimlane Diagrams). Experience working with enterprise applications, business systems, or digital platforms. Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Exposure to workflow automation, low-code platforms, data analytics, or AI solutions will be an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Able to work effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
