Key Responsibilities Critical systems ops: vendor management, project budgets/service requests, audit/compliance/security remediation, AWS/GCC infra management, CR delivery oversight, zero-downtime business continuity for internet-facing eServices Standard PM: project plans/schedules/resourcing, stakeholder management, risk/issue management, governance reporting, scope/timeline/budget/quality ownership, UAT/deployment coordination, Agile/Waterfall methodology adherence Required Skills & Experience 5+ years PM experience in government/public sector Experience managing critical government systems operations Government IM8 policy/compliance knowledge AWS or GCC cloud infrastructure experience Internet-facing eServices management background Government digital transformation experience Auth gateway integration experience Payment gateway integration experience (GIRO, PayNow, bank integrations) Experience with financial institutions/payment gateways (e.g., DBS, Stripe) PMP, CITPM or equivalent certification preferred Contract management/procurement experience Strong vendor management, risk/change management, stakeholder communication Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
