Senior System Analyst

Responsibilities Lead end-to-end systems analysis, requirements gathering, process modelling, and solution design for new and existing applications. Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Oversee system integrations to ensure seamless connectivity between internal and external systems. Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business and quality requirements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Monitor system performance and drive improvements in reliability, security, and scalability. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, system design documents, and test plans. Coordinate with vendors and system integrators to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements where applicable. Requirements 6–8+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, IT project delivery, or related roles, preferably in large enterprise or public sector environments. Experience managing the full SDLC, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support. Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, Angular, SQL , and object-oriented/web application development. Good understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid SDLC methodologies . Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
