Job Summary The Assistant Cook supports the Head Cook by preparing and cooking meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals under the guidance of the Head Cook to meet quality and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized kitchen to comply with food hygiene and safety regulations Follow food preparation and hygiene practices to ensure safe food handling Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth kitchen operations Stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights to support kitchen activities Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment
