Showroom Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide professional product demonstrations in the showroom. Recommend suitable kitchen appliance solutions based on customers' needs. Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into sales. Assist with showroom merchandising and maintain product displays. Create and manage content for Xiaohongshu (RED), Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Support online marketing campaigns, promotions and showroom events. Respond to customer enquiries from social media and messaging platforms. Coordinate with interior designers, contractors and business partners when required. Perform other sales and marketing duties assigned by the management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in retail sales, customer service, social media marketing or home appliances is an advantage. Familiar with Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn. Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to showroom schedule. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred to communicate with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers.
