Senior Architect

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone with hands-on project experience in Singapore who enjoys seeing a project through. Requirements: Registration with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore Minimum eight years of architectural experience (preferably healthcare project) in Singapore Strong working knowledge of project implementation, with hands-on experience in site supervision, contract administration, and consultant coordination Familiar with the day-to-day demands of construction-stage project management, including contractor liaison, site issue resolution, and documentation Proactive and dependable, with a practical mindset and good communication skills Works well independently but thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment GMAP/Enhanced GMAAP, ISO9001 & ISO14001 qualifications will be advantageous What we offer: Involvement in projects during construction through to completion on site A collaborative environment that supports initiative, clarity, and professional growth If you have experience in site coordination and contract administration, and believe these are skills that can meaningfully contribute to a team that values both design and delivery, we would be happy to hear from you
