Perform daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the stall Carry out mise en place (ingredient preparation prior to service) Heat up and portion ingredients according to recipes and standards Prepare fresh salads and maintain quality, taste, and presentation Handle customer orders, process payments accurately, and provide efficient service Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards of the stall in compliance with SFA regulations Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring proper sanitization Perform stewarding duties including cleaning, organizing, and waste disposal Assist in maintaining stock levels and replenishing ingredients when required Responsible for opening and closing procedures Support with menu preparation, supplier coordination as well as operating the POS and online ordering systems. Support the team in maintaining overall cleanliness and safety of the workplace
