Performing Artiste

Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for arranging the show list and arranging the performers Responsible for the rehearsal, audition and selection process for all candidate applying for the performing artiste position. Identify the strengths and weakness of Each and every individual performing artiste for efficiency in allocation of performing roles. Work with producer on the artiste performing time slots and make the necessary adjustments when the need arises. Represent the performing artistes to attend all management meetings. Memorize lyrics and routines of song selection for optimal performance standards Fine tune with others artiste and all the other band members, ensuring smooth operation and ready to perform on the stage at any time in top condition and produce excellence production. Foster and strengthen teamwork.
