ob Description: We are looking for passionate and creative individuals for a Growth Marketing position position in up & coming NEW skincare, wellness and aesthetic medical center . You will need to handle marketing related projects in Public Relations, Growth and Digital Marketing. You willget access to latest aesthetic and skincare treatments and free products and treatments. Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to elevate brand awareness and drive customer conversion Create captivating visual content including graphics, banners, and promotional materials for online and offline channels. Copywrite content related to product and services in our industry Manage and optimize our website/Shopify platform to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience. Able to Leverage platforms such as Xiao Hong Shu, Instagram, and Google SEM/SEO to maximize our online visibility and reach. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to think out of the box and be creatively effective. Organize and assist to execute brand awareness and consumer conversion events Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to continually improve campaign effectiveness and ROI. Education: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field. Qualifications: 2 Years Experience in marketing, branding, graphic design, product and website design Strong knowledge of Google SEM, SEO, social media (Facebook/Instagram/WeChat/Xiao Hong Shu/Tiktok) and email marketing best practises. Proficient in Google Analytics and tracking capabilities. Proficiency in performance marketing funnel, A/B testing and direct-to-consumer customer acquisition. Strong verbal and written communication skills, both English and Mandarin language Highly experienced with design softwares such as Photoshop, Figma, Canva and Videography and Video-editting. Strong creative flair with a keen eye for aesthetic industry and design trends. Passion for the medical aesthetic industry What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
