IT Support Manager (Cat 1)

Mentor and develop a high-performing support team, ensuring continuous training, clear goals, and efficient operations. Oversee issue resolution, optimize workflows, and implement proactive strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Streamline support processes, leverage automation, and ensure compliance with security and industry standards. Stay ahead of industry trends, manage risks, and drive continuous improvements in service reliability and performance. Requirements: Degree in IT/Cyber Security or equivalent. Certified in CompTIA A+, Azure Admin, AWS Solutions Architect, CCNA, ITIL, ScrumMaster, or Six Sigma. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support or management, resolving issues in software, hardware, networking, and cloud environments . Proficient in OS (Windows, Linux, macOS), Networking (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs), Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Helpdesk (Zendesk, Freshdesk), CRM (Salesforce), and Monitoring Tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Datadog). Knowledge of ITIL frameworks or similar.
