Airfreight Coordinator (Cargowise, Alt 5.5 Days, East)

Manage end-to-end airfreight import and export shipments, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with airlines and vendors. Serve as the main customer contact, providing shipment updates, handling inquiries, and resolving operational issues promptly. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, SLAs, and internal procedures while monitoring shipment performance. Support process improvements and mentor junior staff, ensuring accurate records, efficient operations, and high customer satisfaction. Requirements: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in airfreight operations, covering both import and export shipments . Proficiency in Cargowise system and Microsoft Office applications Good working knowledge of freight forwarding procedures, airfreight documentation, and customs compliance.
