Planning Manager (Hdb/Condo/Landed Projects)

Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure timely delivery. Analyze project data to optimize scheduling and resource allocation. Conduct resource planning and risk assessment for projects. Requirements: At least 5 years’ experience in planning for HDB, Condo, and Landed projects. Experience in coordinating with multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
