Product Engineer (Advantest 93K Ate)

Assist in the validation and release of semiconductor products, ensuring smooth transition from design to production. Partner with test and production teams to troubleshoot issues, support reliability testing, and drive yield improvements. Coordinate with foundries, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve production challenges and meet delivery goals. Prepare and present technical documentation, including test limits, correlation studies, and yield analysis reports. Requirements: Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in Product or Test Engineering, preferably with exposure to foundry processes . Solid understanding of digital, mixed-signal, and RF testing methodologies ; hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE . Proficient in data analysis and familiar with tools such as JMP, CEDA, DataPower , or Optimal+ ; scripting skills in Perl, Java, or VBA for automation.
