Project Engineer (Construction, M&E)

Oversee contract execution and monitor installation progress, ensuring timely delivery through coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, technical submissions, and work progress reports for M&E-related tasks. Liaise with stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues, and coordinate with authorities for inspections, testing, and commissioning. Assist in procurement of materials, equipment, and labour within budget while supporting project negotiations. Apply expertise in Data Centers, DfMA, and specialized systems such as VAV/VRV, chillers, chilled water pipes, and lighting control systems. Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience handling and monitoring the progress of projects in Construction industry.
