Payroll Executive (Easypay)

Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to statutory requirements. Maintain and update payroll records, including data entry, verification, and reporting. Handle statutory filings and tax-related matters (e.g. IR21, IR8A, claims, and leave payments). Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies while supporting continuous system improvements. Carry out additional duties or projects as assigned. Requirements: Diploma in Finance, Accounting or equivalent At least 2 years of relevant payroll experience with Sage Easypay system. Strong attention to detail, well-organised, and able to meet deadlines. High integrity, positive attitude, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
