Plan manpower, overtime, and consumable usage for smooth operations. Ensure strict adherence to manufacturing procedures and safety guidelines. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, or Manufacturing-related disciplines. At least 2 years of experience in high-tech/high-volume manufacturing environment. Strong leadership abilities with clear communication skills.
