Construction Manager (Hdb/Condo/Landed Projects)

Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Implement site safety programs and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards. Monitor progress, quality, and productivity of subcontractors and workforce. Resolve construction-related issues proactively. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent. At least 5 years’ experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed projects. Proven track record of managing large-scale construction teams effectively. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
