Contracts Manager (Hdb/Condo/Landed Projects)

Manage contracts, procurement, and claims with contractors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements. Resolve disputes and implement cost control measures. Negotiate terms and conditions to minimize risk and maximize value for the company. Requirements: Degree in Construction/Quantity Surveying or equivalent At least 5 years’ experience handling contracts for HDB, Condo, and Landed projects. Strong knowledge of construction law and contract management. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and risk assessment skills.
