Planning Manager (Capital Equipment, Airfreight)

Develop and manage charter and load plans for oversized or irregular capital equipment shipments. Prepare aircraft loading instructions, coordinate revisions with airlines, and secure approval from load masters. Oversee ULD packaging and cargo build‑up, ensuring warehouse teams execute load plans accurately despite dimensional variances. Provide ongoing training to freight and warehouse staff on handling complex, non‑standard cargo. Optimize cargo planning to maximize yield, reduce airline costs, and ensure timely uplift schedules. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in in airfreight and capital equipment logistics. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, especially when actual cargo dimensions differ from planned specs. Effective time management with proven ability to coordinate across customer service, warehouse, and airline stakeholders. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to manage multiple changes and ensure smooth execution.
