Program Executive (Semiconductor, Ems/Pcba)

Oversee end-to-end customer programs within the semiconductor manufacturing space, ensuring seamless coordination from initial inquiry through production ramp-up while strengthening client relationships and commercial results. Build and grow customer accounts by identifying opportunities, driving engagement, and supporting revenue expansion. Lead RFQ activities, including pricing evaluation, proposal preparation, and submission strategies. Manage project execution across the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration. Track program performance, implement action plans, and handle product changes (ECO/EOL) alongside inventory oversight. Requirements: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering At least 2 years’ exposure in EMS, PCBA, or integrated product assembly environments. Hands-on experience in manufacturing operations or program coordination roles. Working knowledge of cost structures and pricing considerations within electronics manufacturing.
