Airfreight Export Executive (Cargowise, Alt 5.5Days, East)

Provide excellent customer service, ensure timely flight updates (within 1 hour), and promptly handle calls and shipment irregularities. Manage export documentation, ensure compliance, apply permits, and follow SOPs for all shipments. Coordinate closely with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth operations and special shipment arrangements. Requirements: Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related industry. Proficient in using CargoWise system. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
