Digital Marketing Executive (Performance Marketing)

Manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across major digital advertising platforms to achieve lead generation and revenue targets. Monitor campaign performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and return on advertising spend. Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and budget allocation to maximise marketing effectiveness. Analyse campaign data and prepare performance insights to support business and marketing decisions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop landing pages, creatives, and acquisition initiatives that drive scalable growth. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing. Hands-on expertise with paid media platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance. Familiarity with lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion tracking tools. Exposure to SaaS, fintech, or international market campaigns will be advantageous.
