Quality Assurance Engineer (Semiconductor)

Roles & Responsibilities: Manage the full spectrum of Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities, including equipment buy‑off (IBO and CBO) requirements and timely closure of internal and external CARS. Continuously review and update QA systems, workflows, and documentation; spearhead improvement initiatives to drive performance beyond compliance with standards. Drive supplier quality performance through audits, qualification, and re‑certification of vendors, supporting the company’s supply chain development efforts. Compile weekly and monthly QA reports, ensuring clear communication of quality performance and improvement actions across teams. Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering. At least 3 years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in metrology tools and techniques (e.g., Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height & Depth Gauge, Profile Projector, Gauge Block, Smart Scope) and problem‑solving methods such as 8D discipline, FMEA, and QC data analysis tools. Strong communication skills, detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to drive quality improvement programs independently while working effectively in a team.
