Secretary cum HR Executive (Financial Services)

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior management, managing schedules, priorities, and daily executive operations with a high level of discretion. Serve as the primary contact for the executive office, coordinating with board members, investors, senior management, and external stakeholders. Prepare and manage executive communications, presentations, and materials, as well as organize board meetings and corporate engagements. Support talent acquisition and HR-related initiatives, including sourcing, recruiter coordination, onboarding, and special confidential projects. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in executive support, office management, or HR administration, preferably supporting senior leadership. Hands-on exposure to recruitment processes and familiarity with Singapore employment practices. Highly organized, professional, and independent, with strong communication skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
