Architectural Designer (Luxury Landed / Condo Projects)

Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, partners, and customers to ensure timely delivery of project objectives. Develop and manage project schedules, scopes, resources, and monitor overall project health to achieve success. Support design teams by gathering requirements, reviewing options, and coordinating presentations, specifications, drawings, and FF&E packages. Handle sales inquiries, customer queries, and complaints professionally while maintaining high service standards. Requirements: Diploma in Design, Architecture, Project Management or equivalent. At least 2 years of project coordination experience in Condo, and Landed projects. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; able to work independently or in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to manage multiple demands while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
