Roles & Responsibilities: Generate leads and secure new business for commercial renovation and interior refurbishment projects. Handle client inquiries related to office renovations, retail refurbishments, and commercial upgrades. Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for renovation proposals and BOQs Prepare and present cost estimates, proposals, and timelines. Requirements: Diploma and above At least years of sales experience in commercial renovation / interior fit-out. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Target-driven with strong follow-up abilities.
