Electrical Service Engineer (Marine)

Roles & Responsibilities: Analyze and resolve electrical anomalies onboard vessels, ensuring seamless operations. Perform specialized testing and recalibration of gas detection systems in workshop environments. Guide and oversee external contractors to uphold technical excellence and compliance standards. Support fleet operations by facilitating the procurement of essential electrical components. Deliver thorough reports outlining work completed and technical insights. Requirements: Higher Nitec in Electrical/Mechatronic or equivalent At least 2 years of experience as a Marine Service Engineer. Proficient in MS Office. Strong understanding of shipboard electrical systems, including engine control and alarm systems, fire alarm systems, CO₂/water mist systems, OWS/ODME systems, Ballast Water Management Systems, and cargo monitoring systems.
