Senior Marketing Executive (West, Shopping Mall)

Responsibilities: Spearhead commercially driven initiatives that translate strategic concepts into on-ground executions, delivering measurable uplifts in shopper traffic and tenant revenue performance. Manage casual leasing portfolio (advertising panels, atrium spaces, pushcarts), including prospecting, negotiation, and execution. Direct digital marketing initiatives across social media platforms, ensuring effective campaign rollout and performance optimisation. Track, analyse, and present campaign metrics (KPIs, ROI, traffic, sales) while contributing to budgeting and continuous improvement efforts. Requirements: Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience in the retail malls, commercial real estate, or advertising agencies. Strong capabilities in campaign management, event execution, and digital marketing. Effective leader and communicator with stakeholder management experience. Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
