QS Manager (Quantity Surveyor, M&E)

Our client, a well-established M&E Contractor, is seeking a seasoned Quantity Manager to lead cost and contract management for their mechanical and electrical projects. This role is suited for professionals with a strong background in M&E works. Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee the full spectrum of quantity surveying activities related to M&E works, from pre-contract to final account. Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender submissions, and bills of quantities for mechanical and electrical systems. Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage procurement and cost negotiations. Monitor budgets, track variations, and handle progress claims and cost reporting. Advise on contractual issues, commercial risks, and cost control strategies for M&E projects. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or a related field. At least 5 years of quantity surveying experience in M&E works. Strong knowledge of M&E systems, tendering processes, and local pricing. Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
