Quantity Surveyor (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Roles & Responsibilities: Prepare and submit progress claims for main contracts with internal approvals. Support project team on contract administration, variation orders, and extension of time (EOT) submissions. Source quotations, perform cost comparisons, and assist in procurement processes. Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on contract clarifications and discrepancies. Track material quantities, project costs, and verify claims from subcontractors and suppliers. Assist in preparation of final accounts for vendors and subcontractors. Support documentation for contracts and handle basic cost-related administrative tasks.
