Equipment Manager (Construction / APAC)

Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and manage equipment investment plans and capital expenditure strategies across APAC. Coordinate with local teams and headquarters on fleet planning and procurement compliance. Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and approve major repairs or technical upgrades. Ensure use of standardized maintenance systems (e.g., CMMS, oil testing, documentation). Drive equipment performance monitoring and implement best practices across business units. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent At least 8 years of experience in equipment/fleet management within Construction Industry. Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance planning, cost optimization, and lifecycle management. Skilled in CMMS tools, technical documentation, and spare parts management.
