IAM Engineer (Sailpoint / Entra ID / CyberArk / NetIQ)

Roles & Responsibilities: Work with customers and partners to assess identity security needs and gather business and technical requirements. Present and demonstrate IAM solutions clearly, showing their value through whiteboarding, presentations, and POCs. Build and manage IAM solutions using platforms such as SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, and NetIQ to meet security and compliance needs. Continuously improve skills through training and certifications, and support team development as a Subject Matter Expert. Requirements: Diploma in Information Security, IT, or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in IAM consulting or implementation. Skilled in implementing and managing identity access systems using tools like SailPoint, Entra ID, CyberArk, or NetIQ to enhance security and compliance. Strong understanding of IAM protocols such as SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and directory services like Active Directory. Proficient in scripting with PowerShell, Python, or Java.
