IT Project Manager (CAPM / PMP / SCRUM / CCNA)

Roles & Responsibilities: Support ongoing technical projects and ensure clients receive timely and effective assistance. Plan, track, and manage project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time delivery. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet project goals and resolve issues quickly. Monitor project costs, prepare status reports, and ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met. Maintain detailed project documentation and communicate updates to management regularly. Requirements: Degree in IT or Cybersecurity, with certifications like CAPM, PMP, Scrum, CCNA, or ITIL v3. At least 2 years of experience in IT project management with a customer-focused and proactive approach. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain IT technologies and processes clearly. Ability to manage small to mid-sized IT projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed effectively.
