Community Engagement & Fundraising Manager (West)

Roles & Responsibilities: Spearhead outreach, branding, donor relations, volunteer initiatives, and public education activities to strengthen community participation and long-term support. Partner with senior leadership to formulate engagement and fundraising plans that enhance visibility, encourage public involvement, and support organisational growth. Lead the development of fundraising initiatives, sponsorship opportunities, donor retention strategies, and strategic collaborations to diversify income channels. Oversee campaign execution, budgeting, and team performance to ensure outreach objectives and revenue targets are achieved effectively. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, community partners, government agencies, and supporters while managing sensitive communications and reputation-related matters. Requirements: Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent At least 5 years of relevant managerial experience in stakeholder engagement, fundraising, advocacy, community development, or non-profit environments. Proven track record in donor engagement, partnership development, campaign management, and revenue generation initiatives. Strong leadership capabilities with experience guiding teams and collaborating across multiple functions.
