Equipment Technician (12-hr Shift, Manufacturing)

Roles & Responsibilities: Diagnose and rectify equipment malfunctions to restore operations and reduce production interruptions. Execute planned maintenance activities and equipment servicing according to established schedules. Collaborate with engineering teams to identify root causes of machine-related process deviations and implement corrective actions. Maintain equipment reliability through inspections, adjustments, and performance monitoring. Adhere to workplace safety standards, cleanroom requirements, and maintain an orderly work environment. Requirements: NITEC in Mechanical or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in automation systems or PLC-controlled equipment. Able to work independently and respond effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
