Fundraising Executive (North, Healthcare)

Roles & Responsibilities: Design and drive donor engagement initiatives to secure financial support and meet organisational funding objectives. Build and strengthen partnerships with individuals, businesses, charitable trusts, and other contributors to expand the supporter network. Organise outreach programmes, appreciation activities, and giving campaigns to raise awareness and encourage community participation. Maintain accurate donor databases, contribution records, and fundraising documentation in accordance with internal procedures. Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate promotional efforts, monitor campaign outcomes, and recommend improvements based on performance insights. Requirements: Diploma in Mass Communication or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in donor relations, development, sponsorship acquisition, or resource mobilisation activities. Well-organised with effective coordination skills and the ability to manage concurrent projects within tight timelines. Demonstrated success in delivering fundraising drives, donor engagement programmes, or community outreach initiatives. Genuine interest in supporting the organisation’s vision and contributing towards its social impact objectives.
