Shipping Executive (Tuas, 6-Month Contract)

Roles & Responsibilities: Coordinate daily shipping activities, including preparation of shipping documents. Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries. Ensure compliance with export/import regulations and company procedures. Track shipments and resolve any delivery or customs issues promptly. Maintain accurate records and update logistics systems. Requirements: Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in shipping/logistics within manufacturing, medical devices, or healthcare-related industries. Strong attention to detail and good coordination skills. Proficient in MS Office and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
