Senior Product Engineer / Equipment Engineer (Semiconductor)

Roles & Responsibilities: Drive product strategy and manage development from initial concept through end-of-life. Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects that meet customer expectations and business goals. Partner with cross-functional teams to define product capabilities and address development challenges. Enhance product performance and field reliability through data-driven improvements and customer insights. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams. Good knowledge of equipment product development and fundamental engineering principles.
