Responsibilities: Prepare and issue customer quotations, monitor quotation status, and convert confirmed quotations into sales orders. Coordinate the distribution of work orders to relevant internal departments and maintain accurate electronic filing of sales documentation. Liaise with customers regarding overdue accounts while maintaining positive business relationships. Requirements: Diploma and above At least 1 year of experience in sales support in engineering or similar sector. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
