Manufacturing Engineer (High-Tech, High-Vol Manufacturing, 12-Hour Shift)

Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and motivate line leaders and operators to achieve daily production targets and maintain quality standards. Conduct shift handovers and address operational or process issues promptly. Plan manpower, overtime, and consumable usage for smooth operations. Ensure strict adherence to manufacturing procedures and safety guidelines. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, or Manufacturing-related disciplines. At least 2 years of experience in high-tech/high-volume manufacturing environment. Strong leadership abilities with clear communication skills.
