Finance Manager (Tuas, Logistics, Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the finance function and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial performance analysis to support business planning and strategic decision-making. Strengthen internal controls, improve financial processes, and drive system enhancements to increase efficiency and operational effectiveness. Partner with internal departments and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, tax advisors, and government authorities, on finance-related matters. Guide and develop the finance team while supporting corporate initiatives, business projects, and continuous process improvements. Requirements: Chartered Accountant certification with ISCA membership. At least 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including audit experience and at least 3 years in a leadership position. Strong understanding of Singapore accounting standards, statutory compliance, budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
