Roles & Responsibilities: Perform sub-module assembly and in-house qualification of semiconductor equipment. Set up machines to meet internal buy-off requirements and create setup instructions. Develop checklists for module assembly and integration; identify extra parts for BOM updates. Ensure modified part drawings are accurately updated and documented. Requirements: NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in assembling and testing complex electrical and mechanical subassemblies, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing environments. Skilled in using precision tools and understanding geometrical tolerance control. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic image editing tools.
