Sales Manager (Tuas, Mechanical / Industrial)

Roles & Responsibilities: Formulate and roll out commercial plans to expand market presence for mechanical and industrial solutions. Guide and support a team of sales personnel to meet organisational goals and revenue expectations. Offer technically grounded advice to customers on machinery, engineered components, and system configurations. Build new business pipelines while strengthening ties with existing partners and industry contacts. Prepare project briefs, cost proposals, and sales materials with accurate technical inputs. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline. At least 5 years of experience in commercial or business development roles within mechanical/industrial sectors. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and engineered products. Demonstrated ability to advise clients on technical matters and propose tailored solutions. Experience supervising sales teams and achieving commercial targets.
