Customer Service Manager (Aviation / Oil & Gas / Pharmaceutical, up to $8,000)

Responsibilities: Plan and execute account-level strategies that support profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation. Oversee service arrangements, ensuring commitments are met and improvement opportunities are identified and acted upon. Explore and develop additional opportunities within existing client relationships. Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent and high-quality experience to clients. Review performance data and trends, facilitate regular business discussions, and recommend actions to improve results. Requirements: Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent At least 3 years of experience managing client relationships within a commercial or operational environment in either aviation/ oil & gas / pharmaceutical industry. Capable of balancing multiple priorities and delivering outcomes within time constraints.
