Process customer orders accurately and maintain order records in the ERP system. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery. Monitor order status, investigate issues, and resolve order-related discrepancies. Prioritise urgent orders and follow up to ensure on-time shipment. Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate the resolution of delivery and order issues. Process returns, customer claims, and related documentation while working with relevant departments. Monitor inventory demand and order pipeline in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate operational records and support continuous improvement of order management processes. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
