The Contract Executive, Talent Acquisition supports the organisation's recruitment needs by identifying, attracting, assessing, and engaging high-calibre talent. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, talent pipeline development, candidate evaluation, and close collaboration with hiring stakeholders to build a strong talent pool that meets both current and future workforce requirements. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development Source and identify qualified candidates through a variety of recruitment channels. Conduct proactive talent searches, market mapping, and sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions. Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases for key roles and future hiring needs. Engage both active and passive candidates to assess their interest, suitability, and alignment with current and upcoming opportunities. Candidate Assessment and Selection Review resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements, competencies, and organisational needs. Conduct phone and virtual screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, motivation, cultural fit, and role suitability. Provide hiring managers with quality candidate recommendations based on comprehensive assessments. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search, candidate sourcing, or assessment. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and online recruitment platforms. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
