About this role
Completing and reviewing work assignments and adjusting workload and resources periodically with the team. Mentoring and cross-training staff with a standardized training program and documentation. Implementing required quality management systems to ensure customer work scope, results, and team performance meet approved SOPs and organization's safety and quality requirements. Participating in cost, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives driven by the Team Lead. Coordinating and ensuring timely calibration of laboratory equipment. Maintaining good laboratory housekeeping with the team. Requirements: Min Diploma in Applied Chemistry/Perfumery and Cosmetic Sciences/ChemicalEngineering.
