About this role
We are hiring a Campus Recruiter to be outsourced to our client. Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of structured internship programmes. Assist with end-to-end internship management, including sourcing, recruitment, selection, and offer management. Support the planning and execution of campus engagement initiatives for current and prospective interns. Assist in organising campus outreach events, building alumni networks, and exploring collaborations with other business units. Contribute to projects such as digitisation and automation for candidate tracking and management, market research, and talent intelligence initiatives. Provide support for ad-hoc HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned. Min Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or a related discipline. Min 1 year of HR experience. Experience in recruitment or campus recruitment is an added advantage.
